The Fragarach is a wonderful choice, but it's only obtained later in the game. The Hammer can knock through armored enemies, making those in armor easy to break through without worry of having to fight them for much longer and risk-taking more damage. The Silver Greataxe can help move enemies out of place and is a solid choice for the fight. The Brave quadruples her strength, making it easy to sweep through enemies. The Killer Axe heightens the chance of criticals. Panette makes a buff Berserker to any team, but the weapon she has in hand is also important. This will help her get through an enemy if she's near death. Leif makes sure that if Panette is weakened, she can attack first. Without criticals, enemies around her will still be inflicted heavily. Ike can give her the attack power to crush anyone around her. This and her other ability can for sure make her the fastest on the team. Speedtaker is as the name implies, Panette gaining speed as the fight goes on. Alacrity making it, so she can attack before her opponents do. Using Lyn as the emblem allows for extremely high speed. He also provides unyielding, which is, if she finds herself with low health, Panette will continue to live on using the ability. With a lower chance to get hit, Panette can land double hits and criticals and be able to make it out mostly scratch free. Marth provides a safe way for Panette to fight. Recommended Emblems for Berserker Panette: Her speed is high enough to slice through enemies twice, she can pack a heavy punch. With her high criticals, axe-wielding, and heightened strength. Personally I don't worry about Mag on Alear at all. Tiki is good for basically any unit, because Starsphere go brr. Particularly Corrin/Camilla for being able to choose which Dragon Vein effect, or Byleth for +3 to all stats on Instruct/Dance. Sliding into her main class, the Berserker class is what she will mainly be fitted to. ago Divine Dragon class makes Alear one of your best users of emblems. This creates new possibilities for strategies and mechanics. Teaming up with a character from the past, a more powerful attack is unleashed on enemies with the combined power. In Fire Emblem: Engage, the engage mechanic was introduced. Not even the strongest warriors can push past areas only by themselves. Making sure your team is the strongest it can be in battle could save a character from dying in a run. RELATED: Fire Emblem Engage: Best Rosado BuildsĪll of these characters create hundreds of ways to form a team, with some being powerful and some not as powerful. With a long story and many chapters, there's a lot of time to make the perfect team. With several classes, skills, upgrades, and ways to get the perfect team, Fire Emblem: Engage takes a lot of understanding of the mechanics and upgrades. Royal Knight and Bow Knight are honourable mentions due to Convoy+Staff access and 3x Backup range with Longbow respectively.Fire Emblem: Engage is the newest entry to the Fire Emblem Series Released for the Nintendo Switch, this game brings a large range of colorful characters into the turn-based strategy RPG of Fire Emblem. This is especially true for fast Mage Knights or Wolf Knights that can double reliably and avoid being doubled since BS only blocks one attack.Īlear can actually be any Cavalry class for this to work, but Wolf Class is the best compromise for me. Bonded Shield alleviates that and turns them into enemy phase monsters. *Other units promoted/reclassed into Mage Knights, Wolf Knights, Paladins, Bow Knights, or Fogado dont tank well on enemy phase without a lot of resources. Maybe not so unorthodox, but I love Cavalry (more specifically, Wolf Knight) Alear with Lucina.īonded Shield with Alear in the middle compliments their personal +3 damage to adjacent units, Dual Strike/Assist with Knives (not so much for the poison though it's handy, but for the guaranteed 2 range), 100% block on other Cavalry*, and Dual Support compliments how Alear can support the entire cast.
